I bought this about a yr ago for about 20 something dollars. I figured cause it's a KAJAL pencil it was going to be the darkest eyeliner ever. I was wrong ahhaha. Sure, I did get that darkness that I wanted but it smeared and burned every time I applied it. So that was a bit disappointing so I gave it away..I think the best thing bout this is the sharpener ahhaha.
2. M.A.C. Smolder would be another bad one for me. It was my first eyeliner from M.A.C. I have ever owned. I had a lot of smearing with it too. I also gave this away to my cousin. It smeared on her too but she loved it so whatever haha.
3.E.l.f. Liquid eyeliner. well, this one was only a dollar so I tried it out. THe brush is stiff! When I swatch it on my hand it goes dark but on my eye is streaky and I have to re-apply. I'm a cat eye whore ahha so that doesn't work out for me.
From my personal experience..I came to a conclusion that I can no longer wear pencil liners ahha. They Have to be GEL liners so now I am using STILA's Smudge pot in Black. I love this stuff!!!! No smearing on me!It is the darkest black EVER! I also use M.A.C. FluidLine but it doesn't stay as longer as the Smudge pot.
As for liquid, I use Kat Von D's Tattoo Liner in Trooper. I love this for my winged liner. It is dark and doesn't run. It is drying already though :( so I need to buy a new one.
I LOVE eyeliner. It is a big deal for me because with it on it makes my eyes look more intense and exotic :p.
